Choosing an exchange (FAQ)
Is Coperral free to use?
Yes. There are no fees or subscriptions to join Coperral. You link your exchange UID and we return part of the trading fees you've already paid back to you in USDT. We earn only from the partner commission the exchange shares with us, so there's no extra cost on your side.
What is fee payback and how does it work?
Payback means getting part of the trading fees you pay your exchange back in USDT. When you trade through a Coperral-linked UID, the exchange shares part of its commission with us, and we pass a portion of that back to you. It is marketing cashback on fees you would have paid anyway, not investment advice, a profit guarantee, or a bonus on your trading results.
How do I link my exchange UID?
After signing up for Coperral, go to your dashboard and enter the UID for each exchange you want to connect. You can copy your UID from the exchange's account or profile page. Once you submit it, we check the link against the exchange and approve it, usually within one business day; payback starts accruing on trades from then on.
When do I get paid after I request a withdrawal?
Your payback accrues automatically as you trade. When you request a withdrawal, it is verified and paid out in USDT within 24 hours. Coperral never holds your trading funds: your accrued fees are tracked and paid out only when you request them. You can check your accrued balance under My account at any time.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount or fee?
You can withdraw your accrued USDT once your balance reaches the minimum shown on your dashboard. Network fees may apply depending on the blockchain you choose for the transfer, and these are deducted from the withdrawal amount. Coperral does not charge its own service fee on payouts.
Why is payback paid only in USDT?
We pay exclusively in USDT to keep settlement simple, stable, and consistent across every supported exchange and country. USDT is a widely accepted stablecoin, so its value doesn't swing the way other tokens do while you wait for a payout. Coperral does not handle fiat currency such as KRW.
Is linking my exchange UID safe?
Yes, it's safe. A UID is just a read-only account identifier that lets us match your trading volume with the exchange; it gives no access to your funds, no trading permission, and no withdrawal rights. We never ask for your password, API withdrawal keys, or two-factor codes. Your assets stay entirely in your own exchange account under your control.
Which exchanges does Coperral support?
Coperral works with a range of major partner exchanges, including Bitget, OKX, Gate, and several others, and we add more over time. The current list, along with each exchange's payback rate and details, is shown on the exchange pages. If an exchange isn't listed, payback isn't available there yet.
Can I use my existing exchange account?
In most cases payback requires that your exchange account is linked to Coperral's referral, which usually means signing up through our referral link or code. An account already registered under a different referrer generally can't be switched, since most exchanges lock the referral at signup. Follow the referral transfer guide on your dashboard to see the options for your specific exchange.
Do I need to complete KYC to receive payback?
Coperral itself doesn't require you to upload identity documents just to track and accrue payback. However, your exchange has its own KYC rules, and you'll generally need to complete the exchange's verification to trade and withdraw there. For compliance, Coperral runs AML screening on payouts, and we may need to confirm details before releasing funds in certain cases.
Where do I get a Coperral referral code?
When you choose an exchange on Coperral, we provide the referral link or code that activates your payback for that exchange. Use it at the exchange's signup screen so the account is registered under Coperral. Only one referral applies per account, so make sure it's entered at the time you create the account.
How do I withdraw my payback?
When your accrued USDT reaches the minimum, open the withdrawal section of your dashboard, enter your USDT wallet address, and select the network. After you submit, the amount is verified and the USDT is paid out to your wallet within 24 hours. Double-check the address and network, since on-chain transfers cannot be reversed.
My payback isn't showing up. What should I do?
First check that your UID is entered correctly and that your account was registered under the Coperral referral, since these are the most common reasons payback doesn't accrue. Keep in mind that payback appears only after the exchange's settlement cycle, so very recent trades may not have settled yet. If everything looks right and it still isn't showing, contact our support team through the site or Telegram and we'll look into it.
