A step-by-step guide from signup to Coperral linking.

1. New signup

The first step: sign up with the Coperral code to activate payback.

1Tap the 'Signup link' on the Coperral LBank page and the referral code is applied automatically.
2Create an account with your email or phone number.
3Set a password and two-factor authentication (2FA).
4After signup, confirm that the Coperral code was applied.
Korea support: LBank lists Korea as a service country and provides a Korean interface (global exchange headquartered in Dubai). You can sign up with just an email, and you must enter the Coperral code in the referral code field at signup for payback to be linked (cannot be changed after signup). Korea is subject to the Travel Rule (regulation requiring sender/receiver info on virtual-asset transfers), so a per-exchange whitelist/justification procedure may be needed when sending coins from a domestic won exchange to LBank.

2. KYC verification

Complete the exchange's identity verification to enable withdrawals and settlement.

1Prepare a government ID (passport or driver's license).
2In the LBank app/web, go to Account > Verification (KYC).
3Follow the prompts to capture and submit your ID and a facial verification.
4Approval usually takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.
KYC is not required for trading (optional). Most features (spot, futures, staking, copy trading, etc.) are usable even unverified, and by some sources the unverified (Basic) daily withdrawal limit is up to 300,000 USDT, very high among major exchanges (limit figures may change; re-check the in-app limit before withdrawing). However, fiat deposits/withdrawals require KYC. KYC is a 3-step process of passport/national ID/driver's license (choose one) + selfie facial recognition, usually taking around 5 minutes. Higher KYC levels unlock higher withdrawal limits and extra features like the LBank card.

3. Find and link your UID

Register your exchange UID with Coperral to start earning payback.

1App: Tap the profile/avatar icon at the top left (or right) -> enter the profile/account info screen.
2The long numeric code shown below your nickname or email at the top of the profile screen is your UID (unique member number). You can copy it with the copy icon next to it.
3Web: After logging in, click the profile icon at the top right -> check your UID (a long number) in the account/profile info.
4Note: The UID is the same number used to identify the other party in Internal Transfer and copy trading. Menu names/icon positions may vary by app version, so look for the 'long numeric code.'

4. REF transfer (existing accounts)

Even if you already have an account, you may be able to switch your referral to Coperral.

1On LBank, changing or adding a referrer (referral) code after signup is officially not possible. The referral code can only be entered at signup (registration).
2Per the official referral FAQ: 'A referral code cannot be added or modified after signup.' If you omit or mis-enter the code at signup, commission is not applied retroactively to that account.
3Therefore, if you already have an LBank account, the effectively only way to move to the Coperral referral is to 'sign up for a new account with the Coperral code' (check LBank's policy/KYC limits on whether you can sign up again under the same name).
4If exceptional handling is needed, you can try contacting LBank support (service@lbank.com or the 24/7 in-site help center), but since the official policy is no-change, it's safest not to count on it.
Exchanges subject to the Travel Rule may have extra steps such as identity verification and withdrawal limits.

This guide is based on each exchange's official help center and public materials, but exchange app/web UIs and policies change frequently. If menu names or locations differ, follow the exchange's customer support or the latest in-app screens.
